All signs require two AA batteries which are included. 

*All signs are made by hand and we use super glue to attach EL wire on the canvas so some excess glue and little scratches on the canvas can be seen.
It's not defective and once the sign's up on on the wall, you can’t notice. We always try our best to keep it as clean as possible. 

Policies:
- No returns or exchanges
- Warranty three months on manufacturer's defects (Buyer pay for the return shipping and seller pay for the shipping back to buyer)
- Broken sign during shipping: We would gladly replace it. But you should keep everything including box and packing materials. We need that to file a claim. Must contact us within TWO WEEKS upon arrival. Otherwise we will assume it's broken by mishandling on your side.
